A3: To uninstall the app, follow these steps:
Android:

- Select the app you want to delete.
- Tap the ‘Uninstall’ button.
iPhone:
- Long-press the app you want to delete on the home screen.
- When the app icon shakes, tap the ‘X’ or ‘-‘ button on the app icon.
